Refund, Billing & Dispute Resolution Policy

This Refund, Billing & Dispute Resolution Policy (the "Policy") is incorporated into and forms part of the GameForce Terms of Service and Master Subscription Agreement. It governs all fees, payments, and disputes arising from your purchase or use of the GameForce platform and related services. The Services are sold to businesses for commercial use.

All fees paid to GameForce are non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies to all subscription tiers, add-ons, seats, overages, setup fees, onboarding, professional services, and usage-based charges.
