Garrett Mendelsohn, Founder and CEO, GameForce

Garrett Mendelsohn is the founder and CEO of GameForce, a sales platform that combines a multi-line dialer, door-to-door mapping, CRM, AI agents and gamification for sales teams.

He was born in 1993 in Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Science in botany, with a minor in zoology, from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He also appeared in the short film Clicking Wars (2012).

Garrett entered the solar industry in 2018. He spent about five years knocking doors in Utah, Texas, Virginia and Florida, first as an appointment setter and then as a closer. While in Utah he also started Renewable Energy Pros, a business that protected solar panels from nesting pigeons. Later he moved to fully remote sales, and he closed more than 100 sales in 2023 and more than 147 virtual deals in 2024.

In 2023 he founded Solar Bootcamp, a training company that taught reps to sell solar by phone and video. It ran until 2025. Solar Bootcamp had a live-streamed sales platform, SBU.live, and Garrett wrote its Remote Solar Sales e-book. The software his team built to run Solar Bootcamp became the starting point for GameForce, which he launched in 2025 to serve solar, roofing, home-services and outbound sales teams.

Garrett has talked about remote selling, sales ethics and gamification on a range of industry podcasts.
