Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions)

If you use the GameForce API, SDKs or MCP server, the Developer Program Terms also apply.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding legal agreement governing your access to and use of the GameForce platform, software, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). In these Terms, "GameForce" means GameForce Technologies LLC and, with respect to carrier, telephony, and telecommunications services, GameForce Telecom LLC, together with their respective affiliates, successors, and assigns. The Services are offered solely for business and commercial use.

GameForce is a B2B sales-operations and customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform that may include, without limitation: lead management and tracking; communication tools including calling, SMS, and email integration; carrier-grade telephony, power dialing, and AI voice features; campaign management and automation; team collaboration and performance tracking; gamification features including quests, achievements, and rewards; learning-management and door-to-door canvassing tools; reporting and analytics; white-label and multi-tenant capabilities; and integrations with third-party services.

Use of the Services is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. The full GameForce Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4) is published at gameforce.ai/acceptable-use and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5A. SMS Communications

GameForce sends customer acquisition text messages for demo scheduling, trial activation, and follow-up communications. We send these messages only to people who opted in by checking the SMS consent box on a GameForce form, such as the SMS opt-in form at gameforce.ai/sms-opt-in or the contact and signup forms on gameforce.ai. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using the Services.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can get help by replying HELP or by emailing [email protected]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

This section covers messages that GameForce itself sends. Messages you send to your own contacts through the platform are governed by Section 5 (Telecommunications Compliance) and the Acceptable Use Policy.

6A. Skip Trace Terms

Version 1, effective October 13, 2026. These terms apply to GameForce Skip Trace accounts, in addition to the rest of these Terms.

Who these terms are for

• These terms are for anyone who opens a GameForce Skip Trace account.
• The account is free to open and belongs to one person at one company. It buys property owner records and building permit records from your GameForce wallet, on gameforce.ai or in a connected app like ChatGPT.

How you may use records

• You must be 18 or older and use GameForce for business.
• Use the records lawfully.
• Never use the records to decide credit, insurance, jobs or housing.
• Follow Do Not Call, calling hour and consent rules when you call or text.

Calling and texting

Before you call or text these numbers: DNC and Litigator tags are a courtesy check from the day we traced each number. They do not replace your own checks. If you call or text to sell, check the National Do Not Call Registry with your own registry account at least every 31 days, call only from 8 AM to 9 PM in the person's time zone, get written consent before using an autodialer, a recorded voice or marketing texts, keep your own do not call list and honor every stop request. Your state may add rules. You are responsible for how you use these numbers.

Your wallet, prices and no refunds

• You pay for records from your GameForce wallet balance.
• The price per record is shown before you buy. It is the same on gameforce.ai and in ChatGPT.
• Money left in your wallet is not refunded, including when you close your account.
• The full GameForce Wallet Terms are the ones you accept when you first add funds.

What you pay for

• As a buy of owner phones and emails runs, we set aside the most each part of it can cost from your balance.
• For owner phones and emails, you pay only for records where we find a phone or email.
• Records we do not find are never charged, and the money set aside for them goes back to your balance.
• Building permit records are charged for each permit record you get.

Automatic top ups

• You turn automatic top ups on or off, and change them, only on gameforce.ai.
• When your balance drops below the level you pick, we charge your card on file the top up amount you pick. This repeats each time until you turn it off.
• A buy started in ChatGPT never charges your card.

Connected apps

• When you connect GameForce Skip Trace in ChatGPT, you can search, see totals and build lists there.
• A buy in ChatGPT spends only the balance you already have, and only after you tap Buy on the total card.
• Nothing in ChatGPT charges your card, adds funds or changes your plan.
• Disconnect at any time in ChatGPT's settings or in Connected apps in your GameForce account.

Closing your account

• Close your account at any time on your Account page, or write to [email protected].
• When you close it, buying stops at once, ChatGPT is disconnected, automatic top ups stop and your card is removed.
• Your bought records and lists are deleted 30 days after you close. You can undo the close within those 30 days.
• Agreement and wallet records are kept for 5 years after you close.
• Money left in your wallet is not refunded.
• If your account has no sign in for 24 months and a $0 balance, we send a notice and then close it.
