GameForce
Effective September 27, 2026 | Version 2026-09-27.1
These Developer Program Terms (the "Developer Terms") are an agreement between GameForce Technologies LLC and GameForce Telecom LLC (together, "GameForce", "we" and "us") and the business that uses the GameForce Developer Program ("you"). The Developer Program is the GameForce API, our SDKs, our MCP server, the starter templates, examples and developer docs we provide, and every key that opens them.
The Developer Terms add to our Terms of Service (the "Terms"), our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Billing and Dispute Resolution Policy. All of them still apply. If the Developer Terms and one of those documents disagree about your use of the Developer Program, the Developer Terms control for that use only. Words defined in the Terms mean the same thing here.
No key works until an admin of your company answers Yes to the current version of these Developer Terms, in Settings > Developer or wherever else we ask. Until an admin answers Yes, your company cannot create or use keys. A No is recorded too, but it never undoes a Yes already given; to stop, revoke your keys (section 13). We record every answer with the version, the time, the person who answered, their IP address and their browser or tool.
A Yes binds your company. Answer only if you are an admin of your company and have the authority to bind it.
The Developer Program is for businesses that build apps for their own business: your own company, your own team, and your own customers when they deal with your company. For example: a canvassing app for your crew, a lead form on your website, a dashboard for your managers, a customer portal for your homeowners, or a connection between GameForce and the other tools your company uses.
You must be a business, and the person who answers Yes must be at least 18 years old.
A contractor or developer you hire may build your app, using your company's own account and keys. That app is still your company's own business use.
Building your app with an AI coding tool (for example Claude Code, Cursor or Codex) that uses our API, MCP server and docs the way we document them is ordinary, good faith use of the Services under Section 7.3 of the Terms. Using any tool to copy, clone or rebuild GameForce is not.
Unless a separate written license from us allows it, you may not do any of the following. A contractor you hire to build your own company's app, as section 2 describes, is not another company or someone outside your company for these points.
Want to build for other companies, offer an app to other businesses or run accounts for clients? Ask about reseller and agency licensing at [email protected]. Until a written license covers it, section 3 applies.
If your company is an approved GameForce Reseller, that program covers reselling the GameForce app under your brand and running client accounts in Agency Mode. Each client account is its own company under these Developer Terms: its own admin answers Yes and creates its own keys. Building on the Developer Program for other companies still needs the written reseller or agency license above.
We love seeing what you build. With your OK in writing (an email is enough), we may feature an app you built for your own business on our website, in our docs or in a case study, with your company name and logo. We never feature your app or your name without your OK, we never show your data or your customers' data, and you can take back your OK for future uses at any time.
You are the sender of every call and text your app makes or causes, and you must follow every law and rule that applies to it, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do Not Call rules, state telemarketing and calling time laws, the CAN SPAM Act, call recording consent laws, and carrier and CTIA messaging rules. In particular:
GameForce also runs its own checks on the calls and texts your app causes, the same checks the same action gets in the app, such as Do Not Call and litigator scrubs, consent, calling windows, quiet hours and STOP handling. No key, scope, plan, parameter or request of the Developer Program turns them off, and you must not try to get around them. Our checks help you; they do not replace your duties under the law or under Section 5 of the Terms.
We set limits per key and per company on requests, writes, reads and data. We publish the current limits in our developer docs, and Settings > Developer shows your company's usage against its monthly included amount. Stay within them, and do not spread work across keys or accounts to get around them. Your reps come first: while GameForce is busy serving people in the app, a request may be asked to wait and retry. We may slow, pause or refuse traffic that puts GameForce, your company or other customers at risk, and when we can, we tell you first.
The Developer Program is a preview. It is provided as is and as available, with no commitment on uptime, speed or support response time (no service level agreement). Features, endpoints and limits may change, pause or end. When a change will break apps that work today, we will try to tell you ahead of time. The disclaimers, the limits of liability and the indemnity in the Terms apply to the Developer Program.
You own your company's data. We process it to run the Developer Program and GameForce for you, as the Terms and our Privacy Policy describe, and the Privacy Policy applies to personal information that passes through the Developer Program. You must have the right to send us the data you send, and you must give the notices and get the consents the law requires. You can export your own company's records at any time, within the limits in section 8. The shared data sets and signals GameForce builds across its customers (for example, number reputation, spam flags and best times to call) belong to GameForce. If your business needs a data processing agreement, email [email protected].
If your company is on a GameForce plan:
Builder accounts (accounts with no GameForce seat plan) open later. When they do:
For everyone: prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes. We tell you at least 30 days before a price goes up. All fees follow the Refund, Billing and Dispute Resolution Policy, including its no refund terms.
We watch how the Developer Program is used, to protect our customers, our carriers and GameForce. When our systems see signs of use outside this license (for example, one account serving many unrelated companies), a person at GameForce reviews it. A signal alone never suspends or bans anyone.
If we find a breach, we tell you what we found and give you 10 business days to explain or fix it. If the breach puts people, carriers, other customers or GameForce at risk, we may act first and tell you right after.
If we confirm that you used the Developer Program commercially outside this license (for example, by reselling it, white labeling it for others or serving other companies), you agree that:
These remedies add to each other and to every remedy in the Terms, including Section 10 of the Terms when the misuse also breaches Sections 7, 8 or 9 of the Terms.
You can stop at any time: revoke your keys and stop your app. We may suspend or end your access to the Developer Program if you breach these Developer Terms, the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if you do not pay, if the law or a carrier requires it, or if we stop offering the Developer Program. When we end your access, we tell you why unless the law stops us.
You can export your own company's records for 30 days after your access ends, unless the law, a court order or an open investigation stops us; after that we may delete them as the Terms and the Privacy Policy describe. Fees you owe stay due. Sections 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 16 survive the end of these Developer Terms.
On 10 business days' written notice, and no more than once in any 12 months unless we have a good faith reason to suspect a breach, you will give us the records we reasonably need to check that you follow these Developer Terms: who uses your app, which companies it serves and how your keys are used. We may review our own records of your use of the Developer Program at any time. We keep what we learn confidential and use it only to check and enforce these Developer Terms. If an audit finds unpaid fees, you pay them, and if they are more than 5 percent of what you paid for the audited period, you also pay the reasonable cost of the audit.
We version these Developer Terms; the version and the date are at the top. When we change them, we post the new version here and tell your admins in Settings > Developer or by email. Your company's keys stop working until an admin answers Yes to the new version. We keep a record of each version and of every answer given to it.
These Developer Terms are part of the Terms. Section 17 of the Terms (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration) applies to them in full, including the informal resolution step, binding arbitration, the class action and jury trial waivers, the seat of arbitration in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and Section 17.7, which lets GameForce seek an injunction in court. If any part of these Developer Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, as Section 19 of the Terms describes.
